Being only 5 degrees north of the equator, Malaysian sunrise and sunset are rather constant. About 7:30 a.m. and p.m. respectively. Where as Mt. Prospect is 42 degrees north, that is why with the tilt and rotation of the earth in relation to the sun, ours varies throughout the year. O.K., enough science.....we're on vacation !!!
Some shots of Monday morning's sunrise.....this so you know how the day started while you were still sleeping your way into Monday. These were all looking out our balcony this morning.
(Kind returning a favor to a friend who took pictures of last week Wednesday while we were flying across time zones and datelines, having left 8:30 p.m. on Tuesday, arriving in Penang on Thursday, totally missing Wednesday. She was kind enough to take photos and send to us. : ) )
