Gloomy Day

Thursday was a sea day. Usually we enjoy sea days. Laying out in the sun, sipping adult and other beverages, reading, and watching the scenery, both off and on board. Today though, not so much. Cloudy, cool and windy. Not very conducive to sunning ourselves. So we were pretty much relegated to indoor activities. Around 1:30 in the afternoon, the art auction of the trip was happening, so we headed there. Some of you may know that we've frequented the art auctions before and started a little bit of a collection. Well, we added to it just a smidge. They have what are called 'takeoff's'. Artwork that is already matted, framed and ready to take home. A nice, little pastel beach scene with palm trees. Once we get it home and unwrapped, I'll add a photo to here.
Other than that, nothing spectacular on this sea day. Oh well. Still better than being at home and working.
