Saturday we still woke up early, even though it was a weekend. So we went for a brisk - both quick and cold - walk and stopped at a local inn for breakfast. Then back to our wonderful hotel room for a relaxing morning watching the city wake up and reading the newspapers that were left at our door. We met Matthew and Rachel for a late lunch at Bergoff's and then walked several blocks to Chicago's Snow Days. We saw ice sculptures and a snow boarding demonstration. It was very cold out!!!

Snowboarding demonstration - it was just beginning, but it was too cold for us to hang out very long.

After dropping Matthew and Rachel at the train station, we spent the evening at the Blackhawks hockey game. We cheered our team to a 6-2 victory. It was very exciting end to our lovely weekend in the city.
